Senior Staff Product Manager, AI

Job Description

Temporal is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager, AI to drive the product strategy and execution for Temporal in the AI space. This role involves shaping the AI vertical strategy, identifying platform gaps and market opportunities, and driving execution in AI-focused distributed systems. The ideal candidate will empower AI customers to build agentic apps on the Temporal platform.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and owning the roadmap for the AI space.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in the Temporal platform relevant to AI customers.
• Providing durable execution strategies for AI customers.
• Enabling AI customers to write and deploy intelligent agents on Temporal.

Requirements include:

• Product leadership in greenfield initiatives.
• Technical expertise in distributed systems.
• AI industry expertise, particularly around LLMs and intelligent agents.
• Hands-on experience with SDK design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking and prioritization abilities.
