Job Description

ShopMy is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of its financial operations. The Financial Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), expense management, payments, and ad hoc projects. This role will support the month-end close process, assist with expense auditing, help resolve payment discrepancies, and work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.ShopMy is revolutionizing digital marketing by seamlessly connecting brands with top talent. From discovering rising creators and executing gifting campaigns to sharing commissionable codes and streamlining communication, it empowers the world’s leading brands to build dynamic, high-impact creator programs.Responsibilities:

• Complete full-cycle AP activities including verifying, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and statements.
• Generate and send invoices to clients and partners.
• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and workflow automation efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 2+ years of experience in financial operations, AP/AR, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
