Job Description

ShopMy is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to own and operationalize their financial planning engine. This role involves financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic business partnership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing scalable financial processes and building tools to assess business health.

Role Involves:
• Owning the full financial planning cadence.
• Building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Using SQL to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Developing and automating dashboards.
• Partnering with department leaders to provide financial insights.
• Implementing best-in-class financial planning processes.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Strategic thinker with a learning mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
