iCapital is seeking an Alternative Investment Specialist to lead the EMEA team for a distribution partnership with a large wealth management client. This role involves working with advisors, relationship managers, investment consultants, product specialists, and third-party asset managers to increase alternative investment adoption.Responsibilities include:
- Generating alternative investment product sales leads.
- Promoting alternative investment offerings through educational seminars and meetings.
- Providing feedback on market trends to support product launches and marketing strategy.
- Collaborating on new fund launches, including organizing product launch calls and roadshows.
- Offering advice on fundraising strategy to third-party asset management partners.
- Maintaining CRM data.
Qualifications include:
- 15+ years of experience in the alternative investment industry.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with stakeholder management skills.
- CFA and/or CAIA certification preferred.
- Knowledge of securities laws and regulations.
- European languages are a plus.
