Job Description
Vercel is seeking a highly motivated Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in supporting the EST/EMEA time zones for Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales, leading the quote to contract deal execution cycle. The ideal candidate will be eager to transform and shape a world-class Deal Desk team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Deal Desk and is preferably hybrid in San Francisco or New York City.

What This Role Involves:
  • Managing the day-to-day deal review closing process.
  • Handling deal approvals and structuring.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting quotes within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Legal, GTM, Partnerships, and Customer Success on non-standard deal strategies.
  • Providing deal guidance and operational expertise to Sales.
  • Supporting data integrity and auditing internal opportunity data.
  • Improving processes, documenting policies, and providing training material.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, quote to cash, order management, contract management, or Revenue/Sales Operations.
  • Proven track record of partnering with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Excellent sales support and collaborative team player skills.
  • Builder mindset with critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
