Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a German-speaking Call Center Representative to join their London office. This hybrid role involves providing support to customers, answering questions about product functions, and ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and strong communication skills. They will be the primary contact for customers in North America and worldwide, fostering prosperous relationships and restoring faith in OpenTable.

Role Involves:
  • Answering customer and employee calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp.
  • Providing outstanding service and owning the resolution to problems.
  • Accurately logging all contacts in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Knowing limitations and asking for assistance when needed.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer service bias.
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communications.
  • Restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
  • 1+ year’ experience providing customer support via phone, email, chat, preferably in a software support environment.
  • Experience using current Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware.
  • Ability to speak and write German and English.
