Job Description
Entersekt is seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Analyst to join their Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality data insights for client solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support governance reporting. This role involves contributing to ongoing enhancements in reporting and insights within Entersekt's product and service offerings.

Role involves:
  • Creating insightful visualizations and reports.
  • Gathering information and providing updates to clients.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and usage patterns.
  • Designing and running ETL processes.
  • Collaborating with the Product team.
  • Supporting testing of solutions.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performing statistical analysis and creating predictive models.
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is beneficial.
  • Experience in payments and authentication is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Experience working with customer data and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Project Management skills.
