Demandbase is seeking a Social and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the company's efforts in growing its brand on social platforms and leveraging influencers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.This role involves:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Building and managing a robust influencer marketing program.
- Overseeing all social media activities, including content creation and community management.
- Creating and managing social media budgets.
- Analyzing and reporting on performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
Demandbase is looking for someone who has:
- 7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
