Critical Mass is seeking a Freelance Presentation Designer to join its Business Development, Marketing, and Communications (BDMC) team. In this role, the designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and marketing content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a talented and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

The Freelance Presentation Designer will work closely with a team of other designers and writers, ensuring that all presentation materials are of the highest quality and effectively communicate the company's message.

Role involves:

• Developing and executing compelling presentation decks.
• Translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging slides.
• Applying advanced art direction and graphic design principles.
• Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with team members to integrate narrative and key messages.
• Staying updated on design trends and innovative presentation techniques.
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Creating social media posts and award entries.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in presentation design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to design visually compelling presentations that align with client branding guidelines and storytelling objectives.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong creative conceptualization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
