Job Description

C6Seg is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. C6 Seg provides insurance advice to a network of three thousand brokers and offers financial products and services from C6 Bank to corporate clients.

The Product Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the strategy for developing new products, managing the entire product development lifecycle, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget. They will also proactively identify and assess risks, continuously evaluate products and processes, and monitor product performance through key indicators.

Role involves:

• Supporting the strategy for developing new products
• Managing the complete product development cycle
• Identifying and evaluating risks and uncertainties
• Monitoring product performance through indicators
• Developing product documentation
• Collaborating with partner areas

Requirements:

• Experience in product development and management
• Knowledge of insurance
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
