Job Description
Instawork is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to scale enterprise partnerships across the U.S. The Enterprise Account Executive will acquire key enterprise accounts and form channel partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about building lasting business relationships and closing deals.

Role involves:
  • Identifying, engaging, and winning enterprise-level clients.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Leading end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($200K+).
  • Deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
