Job Description
InMobi is seeking an Account Manager to support Microsoft Advertising, managing transactions across Bing. The role involves coordinating with Account Strategists and supporting the Account Management Head to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives. The Account Manager will build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and goals.

Role Involves:
  • Managing day-to-day activities for new and existing customers.
  • Executing campaigns flawlessly.
  • Coordinating with internal resources.
  • Ensuring billing and compliance requirements are met.
  • Driving budget upsells and optimizations.
  • Educating clients on the Bing Ads platform.
  • Resolving customer escalations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising (CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferable.
