Job Description

InMobi is seeking an Account Manager to manage Microsoft's search inventory through the Bing Ads platform. The Account Manager will work with a team of Account Strategists and support the Account Management Head to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and helping them reach their business goals through the Bing Ads platform.

Role Involves:

  • Managing day-to-day activities for new and existing customers.
  • Executing campaigns flawlessly.
  • Coordinating with internal resources.
  • Driving budget upsell and optimization opportunities.
  • Educating clients on the Bing Ads platform.
  • Resolving customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising (CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferable.
