Manager - Portfolio Data Operations

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join their Portfolio Data Operations Team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high-quality data.

The role involves:

• Supervising a team of Portfolio Data Operations Analysts.
• Managing daily operational workflows for portfolio and aggregator data feeds.
• Reviewing and addressing client data inquiries and requests.
• Developing and maintaining effective process controls and metrics.
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Leading onboarding, mentorship, and career development for team members.
• Collaborating on new data-related initiatives and product offerings.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Extensive knowledge/experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in securities modeling, post-trade processing, or trade-surveillance systems.
• Proven track record of managing processes, people, and projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Salesforce, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters.
