Job Description

Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Recruitment team in Pune on a 1.5-year fixed contract. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.Role involves:

• Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
• Managing open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Delivering weekly progress reports and conducting market intelligence analysis

Requirements:

• Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D roles
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
• In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
