Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Recruitment team in Pune on a 1.5-year fixed contract. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.Role involves:
Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
Collaborating with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
Managing open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Delivering weekly progress reports and conducting market intelligence analysis
Requirements:
Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D roles
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
