Capco, a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors, is seeking a Project Analyst. Role involves:

• Elaborating project plans, schedules, WBS, and technical support documents for management.
• Coordinating planning, execution, and control actions with requesting areas.
• Managing risks, deviations, pending issues, and action plans.
• Monitoring contractual milestones and deliverables according to defined scope.
• Producing management reports, presentations, and materials for RACs and committees.
• Consolidating information in corporate systems (e.g., SAP, GPAS, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, SIRH).
• Conducting mapping and articulation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring traceability and compliance of deliverables.
• Supporting mobilization, team management, absence control, vacations, ASO, and performance.
• Structuring and applying lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administration, or other related areas.
