Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to coordinate strategic and high-impact operational projects in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves multiple technical, contractual, and institutional interfaces. The Senior Project Analyst will be responsible for structuring, validating, and monitoring project plans, executive schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk matrices, communication plans, quality management plans, and resource plans.

The role involves leading stakeholder meetings, governance committees, and Critical Analysis Meetings (RACs), ensuring traceability, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with company goals. The Senior Project Analyst will conduct diagnostics, feasibility analyses, and prioritization of initiatives based on technical, strategic, and financial criteria. They will also support the structuring and control of the project portfolio, promoting the balancing of operational capacity and the fulfillment of institutional goals.

The Senior Project Analyst will integrate data and indicators from different corporate systems (SAP, GPAS, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, SIRH), consolidating dashboards and management reports for monitoring and performance. They will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, ensuring the execution of services within safety, quality, and compliance standards. Additionally, they will support internal and external audits, ensuring technical, contractual, and documentary compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Post-graduation in Project Management, Strategic Management, Process Management, or related areas.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience with SAP (PS, MM), GPAS, Service Now, Power BI, SharePoint, SIRH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
