FIS Solutions Architect

Job Description

Capco is seeking an FIS Solutions Architect to join their Technology Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. This role is crucial for contributing to the quality and implementation of Capco's projects, focusing on architecting end-to-end solutions using FIS platforms.

The role involves:

• Architecting end-to-end solutions using FIS platforms (e.g., Profile, Systematics, Horizon).
• Leading integration of FIS solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with banking products.
• Designing scalable, secure solutions using API-driven integration and middleware platforms.
• Applying enterprise architecture principles (e.g., TOGAF).
• Providing guidance and architectural leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in financial services with deep expertise in FIS core banking systems.
• Proven track record architecting FIS-based solutions in enterprise-scale banking environments.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and workflows across retail and commercial domains.
• Expertise in API integrations, service-oriented design, and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Willingness to work in the Chicago office 2-3 days per week.
