Minitab is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance the brand's social media presence. The role involves creating visually engaging content and compelling narratives across various platforms.Responsibilities:
Design and create visually striking content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Craft compelling copy and video clips that bring the brand to life.
Collaborate across global marketing teams to align content with campaign goals.
Stay ahead of social and design trends.
Maintain visual standards and ensure content aligns with Minitab’s identity.
Contribute to broader marketing design initiatives.
Support paid social efforts by creating optimized content.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut.
A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
Solid understanding of design principles and digital content strategies.
Experience creating content tailored to major platforms.
Strong communication and project management skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
