Job Description
Minitab is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance the brand's social media presence. The role involves creating visually engaging content and compelling narratives across various platforms.Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually striking content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Craft compelling copy and video clips that bring the brand to life.
  • Collaborate across global marketing teams to align content with campaign goals.
  • Stay ahead of social and design trends.
  • Maintain visual standards and ensure content aligns with Minitab’s identity.
  • Contribute to broader marketing design initiatives.
  • Support paid social efforts by creating optimized content.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Solid understanding of design principles and digital content strategies.
  • Experience creating content tailored to major platforms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
