INFUSE Academy is seeking a Video Editor & LMS Specialist to join their growing team. This role combines video production skills with LMS experience, focusing on editing learning content and managing learning platforms. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, enjoys organized systems, and thrives on both creative and operational tasks.

Role Involves:

• Editing video-based training content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools.
• Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Supporting LMS migrations or setups.
• Collaborating with instructional designers and stakeholders.
• Applying automation and exploring AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Ensuring high standards of usability and learner experience.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to the LMS.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Thinkific, TalentLMS, Docebo, Moodle, etc.).
• Experience setting up an LMS or managing a migration process is a plus.
• Passion for improving learner experience.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in automation and AI tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
