Later is seeking a Senior Creator Success Manager to maintain and grow relationships with top influencers, focusing on MVP and agency creators in the social commerce space. The Senior Creator Success Manager will manage a book of creators, offering a best-in-class client experience. This role involves staying updated with industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing brand diversification for influencers to monetize effectively. The Senior Creator Success Manager will act as the influencer’s voice internally, working cross-functionally with departments like Product Development, Campaigns, and Marketing to provide real-time feedback to improve the user experience. They will coach influencers at various stages of their journey, offering suggestions and recommendations to improve performance and optimize earnings on the Mavely platform through quarterly business reviews and data-driven strategy sessions.What this role involves:
  • Managing, growing, and retaining Tier 1 Managed Creators, including those in the MVP Program.
  • Strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing Mavely influencers.
  • Proactively scheduling calls with managed creators, providing tailored data and insights.
  • Identifying growth opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Communicating influencer feedback to internal teams.
  • Monitoring creator account health and collaborating on retention strategies.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Sharing best practices for social media coaching and driving affiliate sales.
  • Analyzing creator sales data and relaying it to stakeholders.
  • Identifying creator churn risk and strategizing to retain and grow creators.
  • Advocating for Mavely in the creator economy.
Requirements:
  • Top creator management and agency relations experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role.
  • Background in influencer or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Previous creator success account manager experience.
  • Sales and service mindset with excellent customer service.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset.
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving, and teamwork mindset.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Effective communicator in person or remotely.
