Job Description
Later is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their strategic team. This role impacts Marketing, Product, and Sales teams by leading research to understand the creator + brand ecosystem and driving Content Marketing & Sales initiatives with data-backed insights. The Senior Research Analyst will execute large-scale surveys and brand lift studies, as well as qualitative research to uncover user motivations and perceptions. They will provide structure in ambiguous situations and effectively communicate findings through visual aids.

What this role involves:
  • Identifying and prioritizing key research questions and objectives.
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Analyzing user data to generate tactical and strategic insights.
  • Translating research findings into clear, concise insights.
  • Helping product owners define a compelling product vision.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant market research and analytics experience.
  • Extensive experience designing, executing, and analyzing complex market research studies.
  • Demonstrated experience in user research processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical concepts and quantitative methods.
  • Experience in R or Python is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
