KOL Growth Marketer - Europe

Job Description

BitMEX is seeking a highly motivated KOL Growth Marketer to expand its presence and user base in the European crypto space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive measurable growth and user acquisition.Role involves:

• Strategically identify, research, and acquire new KOLs and influencers.
• Negotiate favorable deals and contracts with KOLs.
• Develop product/brand positioning and messaging tailored for KOL activations.
• Design and execute integrated KOL-driven campaigns.
• Manage and optimize ongoing KOL relationships.
• Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns.
• Ensure marketing materials are consistent with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in exchange products and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the crypto trading space.
• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or performance marketing within the crypto industry.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with external partners.
• In-depth knowledge of product/brand campaigns and how to leverage KOLs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for innovation and growth hacking.
• Basic graphic design skills and a creative mindset.
