Job Description
Typeform is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their Customer Success team. In this role, the Onboarding Specialist will be the primary point of contact for new Enterprise Plan customers, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with Typeform. The goal is to ensure customers achieve long-term success by providing impactful onboarding experiences that align with their objectives, accelerate their time-to-value, and establish a solid groundwork for adoption, expansion, and renewal.
What this role involves:
- Guiding new Enterprise Plan customers through the onboarding process.
- Running tailored onboarding sessions focused on product education and workflow setup.
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
- Tracking onboarding progress and engagement signals.
- Documenting and scaling onboarding processes.
- Advocating for the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS (onboarding, customer success, or implementation preferred).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with data and tools.
- A collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions or usage-based models (Bonus).
