Senior Customer Success Manager – Growth & Expansion (PLG)

Job Description

Typeform, a form builder company, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive growth and expansion within its Enterprise Plan customer base. The role involves partnering with customers to understand their goals and coach them on how Typeform can help achieve them. The Senior Customer Success Manager will monitor customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.

• Partnering with Enterprise Plan customers to understand their goals
• Monitoring customer health and engagement
• Identifying expansion opportunities and leading renewal discussions
• Delivering strategic account reviews
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Community teams

• Proven experience in customer success or account management within SaaS
• Track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Comfort with commercial conversations
• Strategic thinking and strong storytelling skills
• Collaborative instincts and a desire to work cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset

• Base salary range of €50,000 to €70,000
• 70/30 OTE structure
• 5% annual bonus
• $150/month remote work allowance
