Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead and coordinate its comprehensive cybersecurity program. This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing projects, leading incident response efforts, and driving security automation initiatives. The manager will oversee security operations, conduct risk assessments, and design robust security architectures. They will ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage security audits, and oversee relationships with security vendors. The position also requires effective incident reporting and communication skills and a commitment to continuously improving security practices.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity
- 4+ years leading tech teams
- BS or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST APIs
- Deep understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks
- Expertise in network security, encryption, and vulnerability assessment
- Hands-on experience with security tools (Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, etc.)
- Cloud security expertise, including Azure and AWS
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
