Job Description

Spaulding Ridge, an advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking a Junior Salesforce Technology Consultant to join their Revenue Excellence team in London. This role offers hands-on experience supporting clients in the Salesforce Ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to design and implement technology aligned with client business objectives, build mock Proof of Concepts, and identify issues to generate actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud technologies
• Identify issues and structural problems
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs

• Previous knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, APEX or Java programming (a plus)
• Degree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar (preferred)
• Desire to learn modern cloud technology platforms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Fluency in English (needed), other languages (a plus)
• Must be based in the United Kingdom with a valid working & living permit
