Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the front office operations at their Berlin hotel. The Front Office Manager will work alongside the Hotel Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be open, friendly, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service to both the team and the TSH community.Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating daily hotel operations with internal and external departments.
  • Supporting management teams across all departments.
  • Providing guests with recommendations for local attractions.
  • Supporting Front of House, Engineering, and kitchen teams.
  • Running daily operational meetings.
  • Collaborating with the Brand & Marketing Manager and the Connector to build the TSH community.
  • Managing team schedules.
  • Generating revenue and managing costs within the departmental budget.
  • Monitoring daily performance and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of management experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
  • Professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional English and German communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in Germany.
