Night Receptionist

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Night Community Host for their San Sebastian location. This role involves operating in front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, assist with check-ins, offer recommendations, and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities. They will also assist guests with requests and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

What this role involves:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with self-check-in kiosks.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests related to facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle responsibility and stressful periods.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• European citizenship or legal permission to work in Spain.
