Receptionist / Community Host

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Receptionist/Community Host for their Florence location. This role involves operating in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. The Community Host will provide a warm welcome, assist with self-check-in kiosks, manage bookings, and offer concierge services, recommending the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party. They will also maintain cleanliness in all areas and assist guests with facility requests.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assisting guests with self-check-in kiosks.
• Managing new and existing bookings.
• Providing concierge services and local recommendations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all front-of-house areas.
• Assisting guests with requests related to hotel facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible, hands-on, and positive approach, with a background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment. They should be fluent in English and possess excellent dexterity skills. The candidate must be a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Italy.
