Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic F&B Host to join their team in Rome. This role is at the forefront of the guest experience, ensuring every visitor has a memorable stay. The F&B Host will operate in all front-of-house areas, providing a warm welcome, assisting with check-ins, delivering excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and offering local insights. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, including local dishes and signature cocktails.
• Providing concierge services, offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all front-of-house areas.
• Assisting guests with requests and inquiries regarding hotel facilities.

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hardworking, responsible, and a proactive attitude.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in Italy.
