Community Host / Front Office Host

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host/Front Office Host for their Rotterdam location. This role is at the forefront of guest interaction, ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. The Community Host will provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in, offer concierge services, and maintain the tidiness of the front-of-house areas. They will also manage bookings and assist guests with facility requests.

• Welcoming guests and assisting with self-check-in
• Managing bookings and providing excellent service
• Providing concierge services and answering guest inquiries
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in front-of-house areas
• Assisting guests with facility requests

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
• Ability to handle responsibility and stressful periods
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Hardworking, responsible, and proactive attitude
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in The Netherlands
