Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Bartender to join their team in Glasgow, UK. This role involves crafting cocktails and mocktails, serving beverages, and providing excellent guest service. The Bartender will collaborate with a diverse F&B team and receive training and growth opportunities.
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks.
- Delivering warm and engaging service.
- Supporting food service and restaurant operations.
- Staying informed about TSH offerings and events.
- Handling guest feedback.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar.
- Supporting event setup and service.
- Mentoring other team members.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- A passion for drinks.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid multitasking and time management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A professional appearance and mindset.
- Flexibility with shifts.
