F&B Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a F&B Supervisor for their Glasgow location. The F&B Supervisor will ensure each guest has the best possible TSH experience. They will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. The role involves providing a flawless welcome, excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and connecting with guests to make their stay unforgettable. TSH is known for breaking the rules in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play.

• Supervise and work with front of house staff to assist guests.
• Provide excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
• Handle guest and team member questions or complaints.
• Maintain an overview of hotel operations and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Share TSH knowledge and assist team members.
• Connect with the guest community and cater to their needs.

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Legally allowed to work in the UK.
