F&B Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a F&B Supervisor in Glasgow to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth operations. The F&B Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and take charge of daily operations, guiding the team with confidence and energy. This role involves bringing people together, ensuring seamless service, and championing promotions.What This Role Involves:

• Leading the front-of-house team during shifts.
• Solving service issues and maintaining high energy.
• Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
• Overseeing daily service setup and breakdown.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.
• Helping roll out promotions and activations.
• Monitoring sales and stock during service.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a senior waiter, barista, or bartender.
• Experience leading shifts or small teams.
• Confidence in guest-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
