Job Description
Aspire.io is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join their growing product team. The Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of Aspire.io's platform, helping shape the future of how brands and creators connect. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and more to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performing products that solve real customer problems.
What this role involves:
- Setting the vision and strategy for the product area.
- Understanding customers through research and data.
- Driving innovation in Creator Recruitment and Discovery.
- Leveraging AI/ML to enhance product intelligence.
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Championing a world-class user experience.
- Defining success metrics and driving measurable outcomes.
- Partnering cross-functionally with various teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strategic thinking with a user-first mindset.
- Strong product intuition and UX sensibility.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Empathetic communicator and collaborator.
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
- Data-savvy decision maker.
