Job Description
Togetherwork is seeking a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with clients, enhancing their utilization of association technology. The consultant will aid association clients in realizing their objectives through methodologies aligned with the technology roadmap. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and communicating technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding products, support policies, and client agreements.
- Engaging with clients to understand goals and design requirements.
- Developing functional requirements documentation.
- Implementing and supporting system configurations.
- Delivering training to clients.
- Documenting and building out solutions.
- Staying current on emerging tools and technologies.
- Providing consulting services within project scope and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of related work experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with large enterprise or relational database systems.
- Experience with member-based associations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
