Senior Accounts Receivables Specialist - Reach Media Network

REACH Media Network, a Poppulo company, is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivables Specialist to join their accounting team. This role involves invoicing clients, collecting accounts receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports. The specialist will collaborate with other departments to manage purchase requests and resolve vendor issues.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts receivables activities.
• Identifying and tracking outstanding debts.
• Contacting debtors to discuss payment options.
• Resolving customer disputes and billing errors.
• Maintaining accurate records of communication and actions.
• Providing problem identification and resolution.
• Working cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft products and ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in UK/US Shifts.
