Jack Morton is seeking a Senior Project Associate to support their Motorsports account. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work in the Detroit office three days a week and involves some domestic travel, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have events or hospitality experience and possess strong client-facing, administrative, and project management skills.This person will cultivate relationships with clients and vendors, develop creative approaches to meet client goals, and work closely with the account management team. They will also maintain communication with senior leadership, providing updates on budgets, status reports, and schedules.
Role involves: - Cultivating relationships with clients, agency partners, and vendors.
- Assisting with hospitality planning for owner events.
- Developing pre- and post-event client documents.
- Managing ticket distribution.
- Maintaining communication with senior leadership.
Requirements: - 2-4 years’ experience required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in experiential marketing (planning, onsite execution) strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Required to travel up to 15-25%, primarily on weekends.
