Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving results for Thumbtack Professionals by providing insights, coaching, and ensuring they are set up to get the right jobs from the right customers. The Account Manager will serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for high-value professionals and new Franchisees.

The role involves:
  • Understanding professional's strategic goals and challenges.
  • Providing education, advice, and communication.
  • Prioritizing outreach efforts to mitigate churn and position for revenue growth.
  • Building and executing account & action plans.
  • Introducing new product features and driving adoption.
  • Sharing best practices with professionals and colleagues.
  • Translating pro feedback into product requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ yrs customer-facing/Account management experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • SFDC experience.
  • Experience with analyzing data and communicating insights.
  • Ability to create basic reports in Google Sheets and presentations in Google Slides.
