Job Description

Creditas is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. The company is a financial services platform offering loans, insurance, and investments. The Business Process team is responsible for seeking operational efficiency gains within the business.

The Analyst will be involved in mapping processes, identifying improvements, resolving issues with other teams, and supporting the implementation of new processes and products.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping and diagnosing business processes.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and participating in action plans.
• Creating dashboards and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implementing tools for process control and monitoring.
• Supporting the implementation of new products.
• Extracting and analyzing data to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping, data extraction, and analysis.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and proactivity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multifunctional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Dynamism and flexibility to work well with priorities and communicate with senior management.
• Availability for hybrid work: attendance to the office in Morumbi, São Paulo, once a month for 4 consecutive days.
