Job Description
Syndigo is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to balance the financial needs of the business and forecast how those needs fit into short-term and long-term vision and growth initiatives. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will report to the VP of Finance.

Role involves:
  • Partnering directly with executive leaders and cost owners.
  • Coordinating the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly close processes.
  • Performing variance and trend analysis on data between actual, budgeted, and forecasted targets.
  • Enhancing & creating KPIs and reporting packages using both financial and non-financial based metrics through data analysis.
  • Developing profitability assessments for unique lines of business to assist with business decisions.
  • Collaborating with the general accounting team and cost owners to understand future, current and past trends in key performance indicators.
  • Aiding in the preparation of the monthly financial package that is presented to executive management.
  • Maintaining and enhancing EPM tool.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years minimum experience in financial planning and analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot, Macros).
  • Workday Adaptive Insights NetSuite experience a plus.
  • SaaS or communications software experience a plus.
