Syndigo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure influential brands have a delightful experience using Syndigo's products and services. The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in client retention by ensuring strong awareness and utilization of the solution to drive continued success. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in customer success and data management, working with an international team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a Syndigo ambassador and establishing strong credibility with clients.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and champion for customer success and long-term partnership.
  • Building relationships with customer and partner stakeholders and executives.
  • Coordinating activities with multi-location, multicultural, multi-skill teams.
  • Evolving and refining engagement models based on partner maturity and customer needs.
  • Bringing industry best practices in data management, governance, and analytics.
  • Performing regular business reviews with customers and partners.
  • Taking ownership of customer retention and renewals.
  • Identifying and nurturing opportunities for value growth with customers.
  • Managing negotiations and conflicts with excellent communication skills.
  • Being a Syndigo ambassador to partner organizations.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience as a Customer Success Manager, Implementation Manager/Engineer, or Account Manager at a B2B SaaS business serving global customers.
  • Experience with Onboarding, Renewal, and Upsell targets.
  • Project Management experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers, team members, and partners.
  • Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech) and/or MBA.
