Information Systems Engineer

Job Description

Melio is seeking an Information Systems Engineer to manage and optimize its IT infrastructure. The engineer will implement efficient access controls and automation across enterprise systems and business platforms. This role involves IT operations and enterprise systems management, administering identity and access management platforms, managing business applications, and building automation solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Administering and optimizing enterprise SaaS platforms and business applications.
• Managing IT service delivery, user support, and system performance.
• Implementing efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Developing IT automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms.
• Knowledge of access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and just-in-time access.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and REST APIs.
• Strong background in SaaS platform administration and business system management.
• Experience with ITSM processes, ticketing systems, and service delivery.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and process improvement mindset.
