Job Description
The Account Manager Farmer | Enterprise at Stone will play a strategic role in managing and expanding a portfolio of Big Sellers, focusing on consultative relationships, performance, and sustainable account growth. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction through close management, in-person meetings, complex negotiations, and constant monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, contributing directly to value generation and partnership strengthening with the company's largest accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of large Enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, profitability, and partnership expansion.
- Conducting recurring in-person meetings with executive presentations and strategic proposals.
- Leading complex and longer-cycle negotiations aligned with each client's regulatory and operational specificities.
- Mapping upsell, cross-sell, and new product opportunities based on data and payment and technology market trends.
- Proactively anticipating risks and reversing churn through performance analysis and action plans.
- Working in an integrated manner with internal areas (tech, product, legal, risk, and operations) to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Meeting demanding SLAs, maintaining a high level of delivery even under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Representing the company at events and meetings with clients, requiring travel availability.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4+ years of experience in Enterprise or Corporate account management, with a focus on long-term relationships and consultative sales.
- Background in complex B2B sales, preferably to medium and large companies in the technology, payment, or marketplace segment.
- Experience with structured negotiations involving different stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of the payment, technology, and digital business models market, especially related to marketplaces.
- Familiarity with regulatory issues applied to the sector.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile with a strong ability to prioritize and execute.
- Availability for constant travel and field work.
- Intermediate Excel and analytical skills to monitor and translate KPIs into actionable strategies.
- Good communication, a sense of urgency, and the ability to conduct high-level meetings.
