Job Description
Stone is seeking a motivated Analista Comercial - Inside Sales (Outbound) to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is exclusively for people with disabilities (PcD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively acquiring new clients through phone sales, providing personalized service, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
The Analista Comercial will work within the Inside Sales - Outbound team, which focuses on expanding the client base by offering Stone's acquisition products. The role involves active selling using an automatic dialing tool, diagnosing client needs, and connecting them with appropriate financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls made by the automatic dialer.
- Diagnosing customer needs and connecting them with suitable solutions to close sales.
- Maintaining good organization of negotiating clients and ensuring follow-up.
- Generating proposals in the system and ensuring the best proposal is delivered to the client, following up until closing.
- Monitoring personal and team results through dashboards and meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with active telephone sales (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Higher education (in progress or completed).
- Negotiation and influence skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Continuous pursuit of updates on company products and offers.
