Vitta, part of Stone Co., is seeking an Analista de Benefícios e Atendimento ao Colaborador to join their team. Vitta's mission is to transform people's lives through health and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will support employees and the HR department regarding health and dental plans.

The role involves:

• Managing operational processes such as registration changes (inclusion, exclusion, modification).
• Addressing inquiries related to medical and dental plans.
• Providing customer/HR and employee support, and acting as an intermediary with the operator.
• Monitoring processes and ensuring compliance with operational routines within the client's scope of work.
• Completing operational controls.

Requirements include:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of basic insurance rules (ANS).
• Knowledge of health, dental, and life products.
• Proficiency in operational processes such as registration changes and customer service.
