Job Description

Stone is seeking a Consultor(a) Comercial Interno to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. The Consultor(a) will be responsible for strategically building client relationships to retain, monetize, and boost their portfolio's ventures through various communication channels and CRM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Presenting to new clients after onboarding.
  • Actively contacting clients to map performance and opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations.
  • Acting predictively to anticipate potential churn and intervene in reversals.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Commercial area.
  • Enrolled in or completed Higher Education.
  • Experience in active and B2B client contact.
  • Clear and efficient communication.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple channels.
  • Competence in creating and strengthening relationships with clients and the team.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems assertively.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changes with an entrepreneurial spirit.
