Lantern, a healthcare services leader, is seeking a Director of Campaign Marketing Operations. This role involves leading print and digital marketing operations, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective messaging to healthcare members. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of campaign management and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both print and digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign execution.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to measure campaign performance.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of both print and digital marketing channels.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
