Job Description
Lantern is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Commercial Strategy & Operations Analyst to join their Network Development team. This role supports the President and his go-to-market function, focusing on growing the provider network and maintaining provider relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or other data-driven roles.

Role involves:
  • Improving forecasting accuracy.
  • Building utilization and capacity models.
  • Analyzing and reporting on large data sets using Excel and SQL.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and data visibility.
  • Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to leadership.


Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or analytical roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and data visualization tools a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
