Lantern is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Commercial Strategy & Operations Analyst to join their Network Development team. This role supports the President and his go-to-market function, focusing on growing the provider network and maintaining provider relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or other data-driven roles.

Role involves: - Improving forecasting accuracy.
- Building utilization and capacity models.
- Analyzing and reporting on large data sets using Excel and SQL.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and data visibility.
- Creating and presenting reports and dashboards to leadership.
Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or analytical roles.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and data visualization tools a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
